The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated.

I've been insanely busy, working 7 days a week at work.  So my free time has been very little.

For an update to Ur-Quan Masters HD, our programmer took a much needed break, which given the tiny team size, means work stopped. I apologize, we should be gearing back up soon. I'd love to have a team that was big enough that if one of us took a break, work wouldn't come to a grinding halt

Art-wise, I've been feeling a little burned out on Star Control. Every once in a while, you just like to do something different.

So given my first free weekend in a while.... I decided to try my hand at some Wing Commander stuff.  With Star Citizen's hangar module coming out, I gave some thought to what the Wing Commander Kilrathi would look like, given the artists working on SC.  Clearly, the inspiration for the Vanduul comes a lot from the Kilrathi fighters, so I took inspiration from the Vanduul and created new concepts for the Kilrathi. Like a re-imagining...

Once our esteemed programmer gets back, hopefully we'll get Ur-Quan Masters HD Beta 1 out (finally!)
